Teaching asks much of us—intellectually, emotionally, socially, and spiritually. How do we remain present amidst increasing demands? How do we sustain enthusiasm, creativity, and purpose over a lifetime in education? Who does the teacher need to become in order to meet the evolving needs of the child?

This module explores the teacher’s path of self-development through Rudolf Steiner’s insights into the qualities and capacities of the educator. Central to the module are the Seven Virtues of the Teacher, which provide practical pathways for cultivating presence, authenticity, resilience, balance, and educational wisdom.
