This module explores how communication and conflict serve as opportunities for understanding, growth, and transformation within healthy educational communities. Participants will practice meaningful dialogue, speaker-listener responsibilities, and Goethean conversation to cultivate deeper perception and shared understanding. Ultimately, the course uses practical exercises and reflective enquiry to reframe conflict as a source of insight and renewal, equipping participants to build trust and navigate complexity.

Accompany your work with a brief written reflection demonstrating your understanding of the concepts explored and their relevance to educational, professional, or community life.
