The College of Teachers lies at the heart of many Steiner/Waldorf schools, providing a forum for collaboration, professional development, shared responsibility, and pedagogical leadership.
Participants will examine how collegial processes foster insight, professional growth, and a deeper understanding of the children entrusted to our care. Through discussion, observation, and practical exercises, the module explores how healthy collaboration contributes to a thriving school culture.

Assessment
Create a reflective presentation, poster, or written submission exploring the role of the College of Teachers within a Steiner/Waldorf school. The assessment should demonstrate an understanding of collegial practice, child study, shared responsibility, and the contribution of the College to the educational and cultural life of the school.
